Real notifications from the installed dashboard app itself — appear, vibrate and wake this device's notification tray even while the app is fully closed, the same way any social/chat app does. This is the only alert channel (WhatsApp was removed in v2.7.0) — enroll every device that should get alerts.

⚠ Standard browsers can't play a custom sound file as the alert tone (removed from the web spec for security) — critical alerts instead use requireInteraction (stay on screen until dismissed) and a stronger vibration pattern than info/warning alerts.
